If you have received a damaged or defective product we will promptly send you a replacement, after the return of the damaged or defective product. For all exchanges please e-mail or call us for an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time of issuance to ensure that the same item is available for exchange. All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns and Refunds:
All Return Merchandise must be accompanied with an Authorization (RMA) number issued by Pegasus Computer Center. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time of issuance. All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. www.buypegasus.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All chipped and burned CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds. What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS or USPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com or www.usps.com and entering your tracking number.

After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS ground and USPS First Class Mail usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver, UPS 3 Day Select and USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to deliver. How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select, USPS First Class, Priority, International Airmail Letter, Global Priority Mail with insurance for the full value of the product.
What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS or USPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), your local Post Office and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.
